Automated Manufacturing Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled automation professional to develop and implement custom solutions for automated manufacturing cells. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing controls hardware, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of automated systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing custom automation solutions using structured text, function block, and sequential function charts
- Implementing controls hardware, including sensors, remote IO, servos, safety devices, machine vision, barcode readers, and HMI
- Collaborating with software, IT, AI development, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of automated systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in automation/electrical/computer/mechanical/software engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in developing custom automation solutions
- Proficient in structured text, function block, and sequential function charts
- Experience with controls hardware, including sensors, remote IO, servos, safety devices, machine vision, barcode readers, and HMI
A successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
