Sky Italia is seeking a talented individual to join our legal department as a key member of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality secretarial and document production support to add value and differentiate us from our competitors.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel bookings using Microsoft Outlook and CWT travel booking system.
- Organise meetings, book taxis, and arrange couriers as needed.
- Raise payments and expenses using ARIBA purchasing system.
- Log general spend and update expenditure spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
You will also be responsible for:
- Creating, animating, and updating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Creating letters and reformatted documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Amending and stitching documents using Adobe Pro.
- Sending stitched documents via DocuSign to multiple signatories.
- Filing final documents and related correspondence to iManage.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with new starter orientation, open and distribute incoming post, organise team away days, and attend team meetings.
Required Skills- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent IT skills, including software mentioned above.
