Key Role: Rostering/Admin Officer

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rostering/Administration Officer to join our dedicated team at Coroneagh Park, Tasmania.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring our care teams are well-supported through accurate staff rostering, timely communication, and effective administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain staff rosters that align with care needs and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate shift replacements and manage staff leave requests.
  • Liaise with department managers and employees to ensure rosters are communicated effectively and updated in real-time.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and responding to internal queries.
  • Maintain accurate staff records and compliance documentation.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes where required.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience in rostering and administrative support, preferably within aged care or a similar environment.
  • A high level of computer literacy and proficiency in rostering software (e.g. Humanforce).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
