Key Role: Rostering/Admin Officer
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rostering/Administration Officer to join our dedicated team at Coroneagh Park, Tasmania.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring our care teams are well-supported through accurate staff rostering, timely communication, and effective administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain staff rosters that align with care needs and compliance standards.
- Coordinate shift replacements and manage staff leave requests.
- Liaise with department managers and employees to ensure rosters are communicated effectively and updated in real-time.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and responding to internal queries.
- Maintain accurate staff records and compliance documentation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes where required.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Previous experience in rostering and administrative support, preferably within aged care or a similar environment.
- A high level of computer literacy and proficiency in rostering software (e.g. Humanforce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
