The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and document production support in the most sustainable, effective, and efficient manner, adding real value and differentiating us from our competitors.
The main responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to managers and teams
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate document production, including creating, amending, and updating presentations, letters, and agreements
- Process payments and expenses using purchasing systems
- Update department expenditure spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
We require the following key skills and qualifications:
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
