Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to take on a role that involves providing administrative and operational support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in their community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have strong communication skills. They will also have a qualification in Community Services or relevant experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks and manage office operations.
  • Coordinate donated goods and food distribution to community members.
  • Create engaging content promoting volunteer involvement and community events.
  • Manage volunteers and assist with community opportunities.
  • Complete finance tasks such as receipting donations and processing invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualification in Community Services or relevant experience.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • A valid Employee Working with Vulnerable People Check.
  • At least 2 years' experience in administration.
  • Working knowledge and engagement with social media.
