ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of a committed professional with experience in the gaming sector to join our collaborative team as a Gaming Compliance and Product Analyst. This is a full-time position.

In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring Mounties Group's adherence to all relevant state and federal gaming and non-gaming regulations while managing daily gaming operations and reconciliations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee compliance matters related to gaming, including incident investigations and government inquiries.
  • Provide guidance and support for all gaming-related inquiries within the organization.
  • Manage and uphold self-exclusion obligations.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations and analyze any discrepancies.
  • Recommend new product acquisitions and develop corresponding implementation plans.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports related to cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, particularly the Gaming Machine Act and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act.
  • Propose strategies to mitigate business risks and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Support the Gaming Administration team as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as reasonably requested.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

To excel in this position, candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with Aristocrat System 7000 is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving, process enhancement, and analytical capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of NSW Liquor and Gaming legislation and the Club industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A positive demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card.
