Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Take Orders and Serve with Efficiency: Take pride in serving delicious dishes and beverages to our patrons, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Inviting Environment: Keep our bar and dining areas spotless, creating an inviting space for all to enjoy.
  • Handle Cash and Transactions with Ease: Ensure accuracy with every sale, providing a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with Your Team: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
About You:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification: Hold a valid RSA certification and be proficient in handling drinks and diners.
  • Gaming Certificates a Plus: Gaming certificates are highly preferred, and experience with GFR Pro is beneficial.
  • Previous F&B Experience: Previous experience in F&B service, such as bar, waiting, or barista work, is a big plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess top-notch communication skills and a smile that lights up the room.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to work flexible hours, especially nights and weekends, and thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach, ensuring every shift is better than the last.
