The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Responsible Conduct of Gambling Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Safer Gambling Strategy, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing gambling-related harm, managing guest interactions, and overseeing exclusion processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify signs of gambling-related harm and provide support to guests
  • Manage customer relationships with tact and diplomacy
  • Develop and implement responsible gaming strategies
  • Maintain currency with established procedures and policies
  • Ensure accurate and confidential management of exclusion orders
  • Develop systems and reporting processes to monitor responsible gambling risks
  • Lead team development and engagement
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in compliance, regulation, counselling, social work, or psychology. You should have analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership experience.
