Workplace Experience Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to play a crucial role in creating exceptional workplace environments.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding experiences, and ensuring seamless interactions with cross-functional teams.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software/tools.

A bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is required. 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in workplace services, hospitality, or a related field, is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace experience inquiries, managing reception duties, visitor management, and first-level support for workplace issues.
  • Coordinate workspace management activities including desk booking, room reservations, and space utilization tracking.
  • Plan and execute workplace events, activities, and initiatives that foster community and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure workspaces are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Monitor workplace technology systems and coordinate with IT support to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collect and analyze workplace feedback data to identify improvement opportunities and track satisfaction metrics.
