We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education professional to join our contractor pool.
Job DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will conduct Structured Workplace Learning and Assessment (SWLA) visits for our students. You will visit learners in their workplace to observe and assess their practical skills, ensuring they meet competency standards. You will also liaise with workplace supervisors to verify the learner's abilities and provide feedback to support their success.
Key Responsibilities- Visit learners in their workplace to assess skills and competencies in person.
- Observe and verify that tasks are completed to required standards.
- Communicate with workplace supervisors to confirm student performance.
- Complete and submit assessment documentation in a timely manner.
- Current vocational competence and industry currency in Early Childhood Education.
- Assessing experience or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Ability to travel locally to workplaces for assessment visits.
- Flexible hours to fit around other commitments.
- Competitive contractor rates.
- Support learners across Australia to complete their qualifications.
