Workplace Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing assistance to individuals with disabilities or their employers in workplace modifications, equipment, and services. The successful candidate will work within a client-focused environment to improve clients' work opportunities, capacity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting stakeholder interviews to gather relevant information
  • Collaborating with health professionals for case management of clients
  • Organizing workplace assessments and reviewing reports
  • Determining suitable equipment and technology for clients
  • Authorizing funding for adaptive technology, equipment, and modifications

Requirements:

  • A qualified and registered Allied Health Professional (OT/PT/EP/SW/Psych)
  • Passion for working with people with disability
  • High attention to detail and sound clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent phone-based customer service skills and experience in workplace assessments
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 6am - 5pm WST

About the Role:

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and experienced leadership team.
