Workplace Environment Specialist

This role is pivotal in crafting exceptional workplace settings for clients. As the primary ambassador, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding experiences reflecting our commitment to excellence.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for workplace experience inquiries, handling reception duties, visitor management, and first-level support for workplace issues
  • Coordinating workspace management activities such as desk booking, room reservations, and space utilization tracking
  • Planning and executing workplace events, activities, and initiatives that foster community engagement and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Collaborating with facility management teams to maintain workspaces properly stocked and ready for use
  • Monitoring workplace technology systems and coordinating with IT support to resolve issues promptly
  • Collecting and analyzing workplace feedback data to identify improvement opportunities and track satisfaction metrics

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in workplace services, hospitality, or a related field, is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software/tools, are essential.
