Workplace Process Specialist

The Workplace Process Specialist develops and implements standard work procedures to ensure safe and efficient task completion in the workshop. This role involves collaborating with departments and process owners to establish best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing documentation for standard work procedures
  • Liaising with departments to establish departmental procedures
  • Ensuring safety compliance through collaboration with the HSEQ Advisor
  • Producing high-quality, safety-compliant documentation within agreed timeframes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to document business processes and write detailed instructional documentation
  • Excellent communication skills for communicating with people at all levels
  • Advanced planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Completion or demonstrated attainment towards Certificate IV Workplace Health Safety (WHS)
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and within a small team
