Senior Proposal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality proposal materials, tenders, pitch presentations, and credential statements that meet our exceptional standards.
Your primary focus will be on capturing and maintaining matter information from fee earners in practice groups, publishing marketing descriptions, and ensuring CVs are up-to-date and accurate. You will also work closely with Business Development managers to update credential documents with significant deals, experience, awards, personnel, etc.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring legal directory information is reflected in our central CRM system. This role requires strong project management skills, including prioritization, working under pressure, and multi-tasking to tight timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous bid/proposal experience in a B2B services firm.
- Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.

- Highest standard of quality, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellent results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint.
