About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of business proposals and tenders. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective proposal compilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate input from subject matter experts for proposal and tender development;">
  • Provide expert services to support effective proposal development;">
  • Effectively manage time and resources to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently and on schedule;">
  • Maintain records and coordinate access control, as well as updating and maintaining registers;">
  • Cooperate with others and mentor team members to accomplish group goals.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Journalism (desired);">
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination within the construction industry;">
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills;">
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional;">
  • Self-motivated, career driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service.">
