We are seeking a seasoned Senior Proposals Manager based in Perth, servicing the business globally.
This highly collaborative role requires an excellent communicator to liaise both internally and externally to drive client success and our business growth.

With customer service as your ethos, you will be responsible for : Developing competitive proposal submissions that meet the Client's needs initially and, where appropriate, offer alternatives to ensure the success of the Client's Project.
Working closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of Client projects and proposals.
Managing Client expectations from the initial introduction by the Business Development Team through to proposal construction and submission.
Ensuring effective handover to the relevant project manager once a proposal is won.
Scheduling projects and managing subcontractors as required for proposals.
Qualifications / Experience : 10+ years of experience in proposal development and management within the mining industry, with a strong understanding of technical mining services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
A technical engineering background is essential, with Mining Engineering or Geology preferred.
