The Role

If you are looking to inspire a client-obsessed, solution-focused, collaborative culture, this is the role. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Proposals Manager based in Perth, servicing the business globally. This is a highly collaborative role requiring an excellent communicator to liaise both internally and externally to drive client success and our business growth. The best part – you will be working with an energetic, performance-driven culture ready to exceed expectations. With customer service as your ethos, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop competitive proposal submissions which conform to the Client's needs in the first instance and, where appropriate, offer them alternatives to ensure the success of the Client's Project.
  • As required, work closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of Client projects and proposals.
  • Manage Client expectations after the initial introduction by the Business Development Team, all the way through constructing the proposal and submission.
  • Once we have won the proposal, ensure an effective handover to the relevant project manager.
  • Scheduling projects and managing subcontractors that may be required as part of the proposal.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in proposal development and management with a strong understanding of the mining industry and technical mining services.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with fellow team members and clients.
  • Technical Background: A technical engineering background is essential, with Mining Engineering/Geology preferred.
