Senior Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Lead projects across the design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work;

Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in support of technical, commercial, and regulatory standards;

Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally;

Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and a national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor to Master's level degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
  • Typically 6+ years' industry experience in building projects across commercial, retail, defence, health, or education sectors;
  • Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design, including post-tensioned concrete;
  • Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery;
  • Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior engineers.
