About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Work Integrated Learning Officer. This role will provide administrative and systems support for faculty academic staff who deliver Work Integrated Learning activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high standard of administrative and systems support for faculty academic staff.
  • Provide accurate advice to students, academic and professional staff, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of Work Integrated Learning activities.
  • Collaborate with faculty staff to ensure seamless delivery of Work Integrated Learning programs.
Requirements
  • Completion of an associate diploma and at least two (2) years of subsequent relevant work experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a professional service in a busy client-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy skills, including proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
