Job Summary
As a Sales and Operations Assistant at Motion Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations while managing internal sales activities. This role combines sales and management duties to optimize branch performance and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries and product support promptly and accurately.
- Assist in managing daily branch operations, including inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing any discrepancies.
- Support the branch manager in leading, training, and motivating staff.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and assist with pick/pack duties when required.
