About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Bunnings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our customers on their kitchen and bathroom projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on kitchen and bathroom products and solutions.
  • Design and quote kitchen designs and manage on-going orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, and support colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the home improvement or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of kitchen and bathroom design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
