Role Overview
This position entails comprehensive oversight of daily office and facility operations. Key duties encompass managing subcontractors (such as cleaning, waste management, and hygiene services) and engaging with critical stakeholders, including the Body Corporate and the Facilities Manager. The role also includes providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant team to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing a preventative maintenance program
- Monitoring maintenance tasks and coordinating with contractors
- Assisting in fleet management and vehicle coordination
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Upholding office standards for meeting spaces, kitchens, and equipment
- Acting as the primary contact for office and facility maintenance
- Processing vendor requests and managing invoices related to facilities or administrative expenses
- Collaborating with the front desk reception team, including providing reception relief
- Supporting general administrative tasks such as catering, event coordination, and office-wide communications as needed

- A proactive, self-starting attitude and ability to work collaboratively
