Global Leader in Renewable Energy Seeks Fleet Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to lead our wind farm operations in Australia. Our client is a global leader in renewable energy, with large-scale wind farms across the Southern Hemisphere.

As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing the direct activities of our wind farm, ensuring safety, security, performance, availability, generation, maintenance plans, costs, quality, stakeholder management, and achieving synergies between assets.

  • Qualification in a relevant technical or engineering discipline
  • 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager
  • Generation asset experience beneficial
  • Previous leadership skills and the capability to direct, motivate, and manage a team of employees
  • Understanding of Australian regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for generators beneficial
  • Experience preparing and managing annual operational expenditure budgets
  • Experience in supervision of external service providers
  • Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical plant equipment communications and control systems as related to energy generation assets
  • Applied knowledge on reporting systems
