Seeking an experienced contract negotiator to lead the pre-contracts phase of wind farm projects. This role will involve managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, developing competitive executable contracts, and undertaking commercial negotiations.

**About the Role**

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering or commercial discipline, and proven experience in EPC contract management or project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing complex contracts for large-scale wind farm projects
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors during the pre-contracts phase
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure successful bid preparations
  • Undertaking commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering or commercial discipline
  • Proven track record in EPC contract management or project management
  • Experience working in the wind farm or renewables sector (strong background from other EPC environments considered)
  • Excellent commercial and technical acumen
  • Good negotiation skills
