Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning, execution and delivery of our 1.1GW wind farm in central Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in major infrastructure project delivery, including experience in managing teams, budgets, schedules and health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse, multidisciplinary project team with a collaborative approach.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, respect and performance.
  • Manage risks, issues and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.
  • Engage with local communities respectfully and in line with cultural heritage protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and HSSE outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of stakeholder and landowner aspects of wind development.
  • Familiarity with Australian WHS and environmental legislation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field; Project Management certification preferred.
