Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our wind farm project in central Queensland.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a diverse project team with a collaborative approach.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, respect, and performance.
  • Manage risks, issues, and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.
  • Engage with Traditional Owners and local communities respectfully.
  • Champion Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
  • Manage project delivery, including successful commissioning and high-quality transition to Operations.
  • Implement robust project controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments, preferably in renewables.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and schedules.
  • Strong commercial and contract management acumen.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field; Project Management certification preferred.
