Wind and Solar Operations Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to support the optimisation of our renewable energy assets. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, highlighting our commitment to career development.
This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio, including five operational sites and two newly commissioned assets—one of which is among the largest onshore wind farms in the world (923MW).
About The Role
As a key member of our team, you'll help maintain and improve the reliability and performance of our wind and solar assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in integrated SCADA systems
- Delivering OT/SCADA system upgrades and modifications
- Maintaining and optimising OT networks across wind, solar, and BESS assets
- Developing SCADA and communications design documentation
- Collaborating with service providers and contractors to resolve system failures
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Experience in industrial automation or power systems
- Strong SCADA and OT systems knowledge
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
