Administrative Records Management Specialist

Ignite Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Records Management Specialist to join our client, a cultural institution in Canberra.
As an APS 5 Mail and Records Officer, you will play a vital role in providing records management assistance and managing the mail function. This includes working with an offsite provider to retrieve documents for researchers, screening mail, collecting mail, providing self-service support, and coordinating with couriers.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing information using SharePoint, MS Teams, and CM9, as well as experience working in a mail room and handling paper records. A baseline security clearance is also required.
In terms of benefits, this role offers a competitive salary package, including superannuation and access to low-cost onsite parking. The workplace is located close to public transport, making it easily accessible without a car.
