We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and assistance related to travel arrangements and credit card inquiries. As an APS5 Administration Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient processing and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Support: Respond to staff inquiries regarding travel arrangements, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Credit Card Administration: Assist users with credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Expense Report Management: Review and process travel expense reports, ensuring all documentation is complete and in accordance with guidelines.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on using travel booking tools and credit card management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience with Expenses and/or Technology One, travel and/or credit card administration, customer service, and working within the Australian public service.
