About The Role

We are seeking to engage an experienced Electronic Document and Records Management Systems Specialist under our Information and Records Management Team (IRM).

The team is responsible for the management of records and EDRMS including development of nationally consistent process development, EDRMS training and development, EDRMS first and second level system support, physical and digital records sentencing and physical records archiving.

As an ideal EDRMS Specialist, you will provide:

  • Delivering EDRMS training, providing EDRMS first and second level system support
  • Physical and digital records sentencing and physical records archiving
  • Administration of Objective workflows, assisting CDPP personnel with EDRMS functions, processes, and uptake

Other Skills and Experience

  • Manual lifting and moving record boxes up to 15kg
  • You should have well-developed communication, interpersonal, and EDRMS skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
