About the Role

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the highest luxury standards.

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for demonstrating the drive and ability to achieve and exceed individual sales plans, cultivating strong customer relationships, and assisting customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills.

You will also embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is nothing short of exceptional.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to maximize overall sales effectiveness, support the development of effective sales coaching strategies, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Sales Performance: Demonstrate the drive and ability to achieve and exceed individual sales plans
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Selling Skills: Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills
  • Luxury Standards: Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior

Responsibilities
  • Understand and execute on pre-determined individual annual net sales plans
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills
  • Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry
  • Previous expert selling experience
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and CRM
