Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Senior Administrative Professional to join our team in supporting the Cell & Gene Operations Team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations and coordinate with Control Tower Coordinators for cell and gene shipments.
  • Utilize technology to enhance monitoring, management, and control of shipments as required.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers, Branches, and Depots to arrange and coordinate shipment solutions.
  • Prepare, place, control, and arrange appropriate packaging and equipment according to Cell & Gene project specifications.
  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for collections and deliveries, ensuring on-time arrivals and adherence to clients' documentation requirements.
  • Work with the regulatory team to ensure trade compliance for all Import and Export shipments.
  • Book shipments with Airlines and Integrators to ensure best routing solutions.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all Cell & Gene shipments.
  • Label and prepare shipments for Export and communicate with airlines and handling agents in case of delays or off-loads.
  • Escalate any issues or delays to the Cell & Gene Management Team.
