We are a commercial Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) with more than 20 years' experience in the development and delivery of cell and gene therapies.

Our growth will continue through our commitment to supporting both Australian and international research and development activities, alongside delivery of commercial contracts to provide these highly personalised therapies to patients in Australia and the region.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will support daily operations within our Facility department enabling our manufacturing department to manufacture clinical and commercial cell based therapy products in compliance with the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice.

This key role includes monitoring environmental conditions in clean rooms across multiple grades, managing daily cleaning and consumables restocking, maintaining lab equipment, supervising external contractors, handling liquid nitrogen, preparing shipments, and supporting logistics for patient products.

This is a full-time position located at our new state-of-the-art Melbourne facility offering opportunities for personal and professional growth in the delivery of novel and cutting-edge therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor environmental conditions in clean rooms

Qualifications and Experience:

A qualification in a life sciences discipline or equivalent industry experience. A high level of accuracy, technical capability, and attention to detail are required. Demonstrated experience in accurate execution of standard procedures and recording of same in a complex research facility or production environment is desirable.
