Job Title

The Office Administrator role is a vital position within an organization, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment and providing administrative support to staff and management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, and organize files in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Procure and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist employees with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide senior management with administrative support, including calendar management and presentation preparation.
  • Handle petty cash, process invoices, and contribute to budgeting efforts.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is typically required, and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office management software is essential.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Fluent English language skills are necessary, both written and spoken.
  • Able to type at a speed of 45 to 75 words per minute.
