Administration Support Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely provision of effective and efficient administrative support to the operations team.
  • Responsible for financial control, petty cash and card reconciliations, cheques and banking.
  • Accounts Assistance including coordination of client billing, liaison between departments and travel expenses support.
  • Greet visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed, ensuring a positive experience, managing and coordinating meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, booking and handling of couriers and packages.
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, stock and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assist with the organisation and implementation of calendared events, charity days or cultural celebrations.
  • Assist with ad hoc Human Resource requirements, including allocation issuing and safekeep of keys and lockers, monitoring of annual police clearance renewals and staff accreditations.
  • Liaise with our wider People & Culture team to provide welcome packs and induction training.
  • General office administration duties, emailing, data entry, scanning and filing and distribution of communications.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Proficient at MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Generalist administration and accounts experience.
  • Good attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to multitask and adapt to a changing environment.
