
Office Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator with a keen eye for detail. They will provide proactive support to project teams and managers, coordinating travel, meetings and training, managing logistics, and playing a key role in initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to project teams and managers

- Support document creation, formatting and filing
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with facilities, suppliers and contractors
- Assist with wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Maintain attention to detail across all tasks
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administration and office coordination
- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Organisational, prioritising, communication and time management skills
- Relationship building skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
