Group Reservations Sales Coordinator Job Opportunity

A dynamic and exciting role as a Group Reservations Sales Coordinator awaits you. You will be responsible for coordinating memorable group stays, ensuring the smooth operation of group bookings and reservations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to group booking inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Input and manage reservations accurately in line with hotel policies and timelines.
  • Prepare group information sheets and collaborate with hotel teams to guarantee seamless execution of group stays.
  • Support payment processing, rooming lists, cancellations, and terms and conditions.
  • Assist with group reports, forecasts, and statistics for the Reservations and Sales teams.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests, agents, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years' experience in a Reservations or Front Office role, preferably within hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Opera is advantageous.
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and cultural awareness.
