Key qualifications include:

  • Australian working rights
  • 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or Reservations
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and OPERA Cloud skills
  • Ability to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales and management of group bookings (8+ rooms) without conference spaces
  2. Coordinate PCO group blocks for inventory, payment, and group setup
  3. Ensure timely input of reservations and data for 3-month period
  4. Handle department issues related to groups
  5. Prepare group information sheets and brief stakeholders
  6. Monitor hotel inventory and potential wash of business
  7. Produce reports and statistics as requested by the Reservations Manager
