About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Bookings Coordinator to join our Operations Team located in Newington NSW.

This role will involve scheduling technicians to respond to dealership bookings in an efficient and logical geographical manner. You will be a highly strategic, driven, passionate and be able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. 

There is also a need to provide support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed and fulfil administrative tasks including coding and approving contractor invoices for payment.

There will be a need to think logically, strategically and work well under pressure.

The right candidate will be able to make decisions that benefit the business and be great at problem solving.

This role will be the contact for all visitors to our NSW head office and will be required to meet and greet professionally and ensure their experience is of a high standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls to take bookings.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service.
  • Responding to queries and seeking solutions for clients.
  • Entering data and information into our electronics bookings system.
  • Scheduling team members for onsite installation and repair work.
  • Coordinating and confirming completion of jobs with technicians.
  • Liaise with your administration team to validate invoicing and monthly reports.
  • Stock control, ordering and stock take.

To be successful in the role you must:

Have excellent customer service manner.

  • Be comfortable with liaising with technicians and contractors to meet timelines.
  • Be Flexible and maintain a positive attitude as you will be interrupted during your workday with questions and issues requiring immediate action.
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have a positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A sense of urgency in all your endeavours.
  • Have Strong computer skills.

Previous experience in a scheduling or dispatch role is preferred.
