Job Opportunity

We are seeking a STEM program coordinator to support the delivery of education and skills strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive STEM strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Facilitate the creation of STEM content and learning materials for events and work experience programs.
  • Plan and deliver onsite STEM work experience programs nationally.
  • Coordinate day-to-day STEM influencer activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective and impactful STEM events.
  • Report on STEM outreach conduct and outcomes, including participant demographics and event evaluations.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in events coordination, training, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Experience coordinating work experience and/or training activities involving contributors across multiple teams and locations.
  • A background in working with children, high school students, and young professionals.
  • Well-developed self-management skills and ability to work independently to deliver quality outputs.
  • Ability to use and adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit various audiences.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and deliver against business requirements.
  • A strong results orientation, resilience, and positive approach to issues resolution.
  • Ability to motivate, coordinate, and manage volunteers and site coordinators.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
