Key Responsibilities:
  • Education Program Delivery:
    • Support the delivery of current and new Education Fund Programs.
    • Liaise with schools, educators, community groups, and program partners to ensure successful program delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of program participation, feedback, and reporting metrics.
    • Share education activities through various media forums, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and other communications.
    • Respond to public inquiries and provide information about educational offerings.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
    • Take minutes and records of actions for Foundation meetings.
    • Assist with processing invoices, claims, and related financial transactions.
    • Update sponsors, corporate, and private donors on their contributions and feedback.
    • Support office and other administrative activities as required.
    • Event support, including the Australian Space Forum.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for space science, STEM education, and inspiring curiosity.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Show high attention to detail and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to comply with working with children requirements across Australia.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and other online applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Familiarity with space industry developments and technologies.
  • Experience in event coordination or program administration.
  • Ability to adhere to the Foundation's wellbeing and cultural values.
