Responsibilities include maintaining program fidelity, coordinating reviews and managing Annual Work Plans in collaboration with relevant bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of coordinators to deliver the program.
- Provide operational supervision ensuring high-quality, client-centred, and recovery-oriented care.
- Maintain program fidelity, coordinate reviews and manage Annual Work Plans.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience providing supervision or mentoring to team members.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the employment services sector, Centrelink and other State and Federal employment initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of issues impacting young people when accessing employment and educational opportunities.
- Linkages with employers or networks related to employment of young people.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals by effectively managing time and prioritising tasks.
Qualification And Other Requirements:
- Drivers Licence.
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft software and databases.
- An appropriate qualification in a relevant field.
