The Payroll Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.
This key position provides fortnightly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and producing internal reporting and reconciliation requirements.
You will be responsible for providing support to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Payroll System, assisting the Senior Payroll Specialist, and developing relevant supporting documentation for continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive payroll processing and analysis services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Develop and maintain accurate payroll records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, awards analysis, and implementation of changes in conditions
- A proactive approach to assisting team members and resolving payroll issues
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with integrations between payroll and time & attendance systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
