Lease Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support asset managers in meeting leasing objectives.
  • Develop detailed reports to support quarterly analysis of portfolio performance.
  • Maintain registers to ensure leasing data is captured accurately.
  • Develop proactive workflows using City MIS to capture and leverage key lease data.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or related field.

Extensive experience in management of commercial leases.

Demonstrated experience instructing lawyers on lease-related legal work.

Sound understanding of leasing legislation and compliance requirements.
