Job Title: Lease Portfolio Manager

This is a key leadership position within our business, responsible for driving the development and execution of our lease portfolio strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property leasing and a strong understanding of commercial property markets. They will be able to demonstrate expertise in analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lease portfolio strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on lease renewals, expirations, and terminations to ensure optimal asset utilization and minimize potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the portfolio's value and performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including landlords, brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform lease negotiations and ensure competitive pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing, with a proven track record of success in managing large portfolios.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
