Job Title: Senior Retail Lease Administrator

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the administration of lease agreements across a significant retail portfolio.

  • Lead the administration of lease agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Oversee a high-volume pipeline of leasing matters, managing negotiations, amendments, variations, and ancillary documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with legal partners to ensure documentation aligns with relevant retail leasing legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, tenants, and legal providers, fostering strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of lease activity, ensuring timely updates for senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess significant lease administration experience within retail, an in-depth understanding of retail lease regulations, and exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence at senior levels are also essential.
