About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team in Braeside. As an integral part of our Inventory & Planning team, you will play a critical role in managing national inventory planning activities, creating and maintaining master data related to products and suppliers, and reporting on portfolio performance and stock targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating national inventory planning activities for your nominated product portfolio
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product and supplier data
  • Preparing shipping plans and forward purchase orders
  • Managing inventory, slow-moving stock, quarantined items, and obsolete stock

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in an end-to-end Inventory Analyst role with expertise in planning, forecasting, and purchasing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A highly analytical mindset with a results-oriented focus
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory management
