Job Overview

This role is ideal for a proactive and energetic professional who can manage our new and existing property portfolio on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Projects Team to complete daily tasks across our portfolio of properties
  • Administrative tasks, including capturing property information, creating manuals, data entry, coordinating plans as required by the Projects Team
  • Property Preparation: including site visits, quality inspections, procurement and working with the Design and Property Onboarding Team
  • Onsite tasks: assisting the Property Onboarding team coordinate installations and property setup, defect and maintenance reporting
  • Working with the team to style and finesse new properties
  • Liaising with external contractors, stakeholders and clients when they require access to our properties
  • Warehouse and Inventory management
Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's License is required
  • Full working rights in Australia
