We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our Inventory & Planning team. You will be responsible for managing your allocated finished goods portfolio. This is a full-time permanent position located in Braeside and reporting directly to the Team Leader of Inventory & Planning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the national inventory planning activities of your nominated product portfolio
  • Create and manage Master Data related to products and suppliers
  • Report on portfolio performance, variance forecasts and inventory stock targets
  • Manage inventory, slow moving stock, quarantined items and obsolete stock
  • Prepare shipping plans and forward purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate and up to date product and supplier data
  • Provide assistance and support to key stakeholders as required
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Warehouse
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in an end to end Inventory Analyst role where you have been responsible for the planning, forecasting and purchasing
  • Strong organisational skills managing multiple and diverse tasks
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory management
  • A highly analytical mindset with a result oriented focus
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or business related discipline preferred
