We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our Inventory & Planning team. You will be responsible for managing your allocated finished goods portfolio. This is a full-time permanent position located in Braeside and reporting directly to the Team Leader of Inventory & Planning.

Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the national inventory planning activities of your nominated product portfolio
- Create and manage Master Data related to products and suppliers
- Report on portfolio performance, variance forecasts and inventory stock targets
- Manage inventory, slow moving stock, quarantined items and obsolete stock
- Prepare shipping plans and forward purchase orders
- Maintain accurate and up to date product and supplier data
- Provide assistance and support to key stakeholders as required
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Warehouse
- Proven experience in an end to end Inventory Analyst role where you have been responsible for the planning, forecasting and purchasing
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple and diverse tasks
- The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with key stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound knowledge and experience of international shipping and inventory management
- A highly analytical mindset with a result oriented focus
- Strong skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or business related discipline preferred
- A rewarding salary package commensurate with experience
